How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Orders are shipped next business day. The amount of time it will take for you to receive your purchase will depend on what carrier and shipping option you selected at checkout.
Free pick up from our corporate office in Addison, TX is available by appointment during our regular business hours. Monday – Friday from 10:30am – 6:00pm cst.
Do you do repairs?
We do not offer repair services at this time.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Our Camera Pros are available to assist with returns and exchanges of eligible products. We offer a 14-day return period on all eligible purchases. Please review our Return Policy for complete details.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 90 day warranty on all products with the following grades: Like New (LN), Like New Minus (LN-), Excellent Plus (EX+), Excellent (EX), and Bargain (BGN).
The warranty does not cover products graded as Ugly, As-Is, or Parts.
Customers with a purchase eligible for return under the 90 warranty will be offered the option of a refund, repair (if applicable), or comparable replacement product (if available).
How do I sell my gear?
You can request a quote to sell your gear by using our online quote tool. This new and exciting tool will walk you through the quote creation process, provide you with a price range for your gear, and, if accepted, will submit your quote to our Purchasing Managers for next steps towards final gear inspection and payment.
We provide free shipping on quoted gear being sent to us for inspection.
If I have questions about items, or need assistance with buying/selling, what do I do?

Do you offer free shipping?
We don’t offer free shipping on purchases at this time.
Prepaid shipping is provided for items being returned to us during the applicaple 14-day return period for eligible purchases, or under our 90 day warranty. Return shipping may be deducted from the purchase refund depending on the reason for return.
We provide free prepaid shipping on quoted gear being sent to us for final inspection.
Can I make an online purchase and pick it up from US Camera Pro?
Yes, free pick up from our corporate office in Addison, TX is available by appointment during our regular business hours. Monday – Friday from 10:30am – 6:00pm cst.
Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. When your purchase has processed we will contact you to schedule your pick up. You can also contact us to schedule a pick up appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling us at 469-836-3180.
**If you don't see "Local Pickup" as an option at checkout, please contact us directly by phone or email. We will assist you with your purchase and schedule your pick up appointment.
What payment options do you offer on gear you purchase?
We offer a check or trade-in credit as payment on items we purchase.
Checks will be mailed USPS Priority next business day after final quoted price is accepted, or are available for pick up by appointment at the US Camera Pro office during regular business hours. Monday – Friday. 10:30a – 6:00p cst.

Do you accept trade-ins towards the purchase of products?
Yes. A trade-in credit can be created by submitting a quote using our online quote tool, sending your quoted gear to us for final inspection, and accepting the final quoted price offered by our Purchasing Manager.
Once a trade-in credit has been established it can be applied to any purchase online.
