Warranty

Our Camera Pros thoroughly inspect, clean, diagnose, grade, and process every product we sell. We take pride in the quality, used gear we offer our clients.

We provide a 90 day warranty on all products with the following grades: Like New (LN), Like New Minus (LN-), Excellent Plus (EX+), Excellent (EX), and Bargain (BGN).

The warranty does not cover products graded as Ugly, As-Is, or Parts.

The warranty excludes loss of product, impact damage, fire damage, water damage, misuse of the product, and does not cover intentional or accidental abuse or neglect of the product.

Customers with a purchase eligible for return under the 90 warranty will be offered the option of a refund, repair (if applicable), or comparable replacement product (if available).
