Our team of Camera Pros takes great care in ensuring our products are packed well for transit and shipped out quickly.

Carriers:

We offer a variety of shipping options through Fedex and USPS:

  • Fedex: Home Delivery, Ground Delivery, 2nd Day, Express Saver
  • USPS: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail
  • All orders totaling over $500 will require a direct signature for delivery

Free pick up from our corporate office in Addison, TX is also available by appointment.

Shipping Time:

All orders are shipped the following business day.

Time in transit varies based on the shipping option selected by the customer.

International Shipments:

  • We are not able to process international shipments through our website at this time. 
  • We do offer other ways of processing international shipments. For more information please contact us via email at [email protected] or call us directly at 469-836-3180.
    • Please note, we are only able to assist with international shipments under $2,500 USD. 

Returns:

Customer satisfaction and confidence in our products is our number one goal. This is one of the main reasons we offer a 14-day return period on all eligible purchases. Our Camera Pros are available to assist with returns and exchanges of eligible products within 14 days of purchase.

Return policy:

  • All returned products must be in the exact same condition as when purchased and include all accessories originally received. If conditions differ, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • All digital cameras, and applicable lenses, must be within 200 of the originally listed shutter count.
  • All products over $1,500.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • US Camera Pro reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on products returned for reasons other than product defect or receipt of incorrect item.
  • We do not offer international returns.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable on products returned for reasons other than product defect or receipt of incorrect item.

Processing a return:

To initiate and process a return please follow these steps and guidelines:

  • Email [email protected] to initiate a return request. Provide your order number, purchase date, product name, reason for return, and contact information in the request email.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge receipt of the return request.
  • If the return is approved, an email will be sent with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
  • Pack the product securely making sure to include all accessories, chargers, cords, manuals and a copy of the return authorization email with RA number.
  • Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
  • Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange according to our return policy.
