Terms of Sale:
Our products are sold with a 14-day return period. Products must be returned in the same condition received and must include all items (including boxes and accessories) for refund consideration. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items over $1500.00. Eligible grade products are covered by a 90 day warranty for defects in material or workmanship. Customers with a purchase eligible for return under the 90 warranty will be offered the option of a refund, repair (if applicable), or comparable replacement product (if available). Warranty excludes loss of product, impact damage, fire damage, water damage, misuse of the product, and does not cover intentional or accidental abuse or neglect of the product.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
Except for the previously mentioned warranties, US Camera Pro disclaims and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any and/or all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability Limitations:
The liability of US Camera Pro, if at all, and customers sole and exclusive remedy for damages arising from any claim whatsoever, be it tort or contract, shall not be greater than the purchase price of the product with respect to which such claim is made. US Camera Pro shall not be liable in any event for special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind but not limited to reimbursement, compensation, or damages put on account of loss of present or prospective profits or for any other reason whatsoever.
Corrections:
All images, descriptions, and prices are intended to be correct. However, all clerical, typographical and printing errors are subject to correction. Prices are subject to change without notice.
