The lens comes with the accessories included in the listing's photos. The lens has a couple coating marks in the center of the front element. The lens has some minor spots of fungus on an internal element behind the front. The lens barrel has some spots of paint wear, minor scratches, and rub marks. It comes with the front cap. It does not come with the rear cap, the lens case, the instructions, or the box. The overall condition is Bargain.
